*Summary: *Provide Supportive Services to Veterans and their families in the Supportive Services to Veterans Families (SSVF) grant-funded program. Provide direct supervision to Housing Specialist Team members who execute Individual Housing Plans that enhance housing security to eligible participants through direct and indirect service provision in Goodwill and partner agencies. Travel required using company and/or personal vehicle. Must have valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of personal auto insurance. Must successfully pass driver record and background check.

*Supervisory Experience: *Will supervise a minimum of 6 SSVF Housing Specialist team members. Provide oversight, training, support, and required documentation as requested by the WFS Program Manager.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Effectively assist participants in achieving housing stability.

Ensure all staff are trained to explain and provide written information on coordinated entry process to eligible and ineligible Veterans so they may access as many resources as possible.

Review data obtained from interview for completeness and accuracy. Revise, as necessary.

Ensure staff are trained to properly collect and enter data. Retrain, as necessary.

Understand and perform duties within compliance with State and Federal Fair Housing Laws.

Use informal community networks to locate housing and make referrals, as needed, in support of Individual Housing Plans.
