Thank you.Summary:Ensures consistent management of assigned grants/contracts. Coordinates contract development administration. Support Program Managers WFS Department by ensuring that all programs are in compliance with government contracting agencies other funding sources. Manages all aspects of contract/grant billing. Ability to drive for company business which includes a valid driver's license, clean driving record, proof of personal auto insurance. Must successfully pass driver record, background, fingerprint check.Education /or Experience:Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience /or training; or equivalent combination of education experience.Essential Duties Responsibilities include the following:Strategy PlanningConceive, develop, deliver techniques, practices, procedures for contract formation administration in a manner that best protects the organization's interests.Supports WFS goals through the development of written policies procedures - in collaboration with senior management, relevant Program Managers other stakeholders.Monitor analyze trends in contractual agreements to make recommendations for the future, to identify areas for possible efficiencies.Acquisition DeploymentAssist Administrative Services Manager Grant Manager in the development implementation of WFS purchasing policies procedures (in accordance with federal grant policies).With Program Managers, ensure all agreements contracts are completed on time, within budget, to the best possible standard.Ensure appropriate levels of communication with all contract partners third parties.Operational ManagementManage the legal review process of contracts, MOUs, other agreements.Develop deliver contract reports, tracking sheets, data for estimates bid proposals, compliance documentation, audit schedules, other specific funder requirements.Prepare complete contract billing templates.Produce timely status expenditure reports for all WFS programs including cost activity against budget forecasts contracted deliverables.Administer contract amendment(s) closure(s).Monitor contract performance for compliance with organizational needs requirements, to include follow-up checks for corrective action.Undertake regular contract audits to minimize deficiencies in program delivery.Contract/Grant Billing (Fiscal)Develop policies procedures for contract/grant billing.Ensure applications for payment /or reimbursement requests are approved signed off in accordance with approved policies procedures.Oversee processing of contract/grant vendor invoices reconciliations.Oversee revenue report preparation for review, analysis, discussion.Supervise billing staff assist staff as needed during high volume periods.Other Duties:Maintain working knowledge of the programs funding streams being contracted including local, state, federal laws regulations that may govern such programs.Ability to be flexible in light of changing job situations, work demands, priorities.A high level of ethical professional standards in accordance with company policy.Possess a communication management style that fosters team relationships effectively communicates information using diplomacy good judgment.Excellent verbal written communication skills.Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, manage time, meet deadlines, perform duties under time constraints.Possess a high degree of attention to detail regarding procedures, processes, policies.Follow all policies,
