Temporary Data Entry Admin FLSA Classification: Non-exempt Wage: $18.25 per hour Supervisory Responsibilities: None Travel: None Duration: Minimum of 6 months Job Description Summary/objective Jetseal, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Data Entry Admin to support various departments within our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by providing administrative assistance and coordination across multiple functions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations while gaining exposure to various aspects of manufacturing. Essential functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Assist in maintaining and organizing documents, such as purchase orders, invoices and other accounting records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all departments. Daily data entry and data transfer utilizing Excel and Vista/ERP software, including scrap reporting. Provide administrative assistance and support to various departments, including production, quality assurance, logistics, shipping, and human resources, as needed. Serve as a point of contact for internal communications responding to inquiries Utilize multiple systems to print various documents to support production and shipping as needed. Support tracking office and shop supply levels. Assist with writing inventory tags during month-end inventory. Competencies Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Team player; work with many contributors to coordinate and communicate effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Strong communication skills Work environment Climate controlled office environment Light to moderate noise Lifting up to 25lbs occasionally Preferred education and experience Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
