Job Summary

[This position is responsible for providing Outreach and Engagement Services, Intensive Outpatient, and/or Outpatient Substance Use Programming for Community Behavioral Health Service -- Substance Use Disorder Program (CBHS-SUDP), in the Catholic Charities Eastern Washington (CCEW) Catalyst project.  All SUD Programming adheres to ASAM, SUD Washington Administrative Codes (WAC's) and state and federal regulations, and in compliance with 42 CFR part 2.  The SUDP/T provider will work in a team-based model with other behavioral health providers, peers, care coordinators and other operational staff.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

The Substance Use Provider will be responsible for facilitating groups, individual therapy sessions, case management, assessments, referrals, and engaging with community partners as needed.

SUDP will provide prevention intervention services as required by the needs of program participants.

Work as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Provide effective Outreach and Engagement services for Catalyst residents.
