Description Social Worker MSW - Social Work Services at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA The Social Worker MSW provides social work/case management services to patient, physicians, staff, and service lines with a primary focus of case coordination, problem-solving, and discharge planning as needed. Contributes to quality/performance improvement efforts within the team, service line, Case Management Services, SHMC and related psychiatric systems using PI skills and outcome measurement methods. Shift Details: Full Time, Exempt, Day Shift Required Qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work Preferred Qualifications: Washington Advanced Social Worker License or Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License Two (2) years of hospital experience Previous experience in case management and/or psychiatric services Experience in using computer technology including Microsoft Office products - Excel, Access, PowerPoint Why Join Providence?
