SABER Broadband Service Technician in Spokane, Washington
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable entry-level technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting wireless routers, diagnosing issues, and providing on-site support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have some technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to wireless routers, and internet connectivity problems.
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting, including installations and configurations.
- Work with customers to identify problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Travel to various locations as needed, including climbing ladders (up to 30 feet) to access equipment.
- Maintain a clean driving record and be able to travel to multiple job sites.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each service visit.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical support or IT troubleshooting, particularly with wireless routers or networking equipment a plus but not required.
- Ability to climb ladders (up to 30 feet) and work in various physical conditions.
- Must pass a background check.
- Clean driving record, company vehicle provided.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with various wireless router brands and models.
