Sodexo Senior National Client Executive in Spokane, Washington
The Good Eating Company is seeking a Senior National Client Executive to oversee operations for a highly visible, global client with multiple locations throughout the US and Europe. In this position you will support the General Managers, Culinary Lead, Marketing Lead and Finance Lead. The Good Eating Company (GEC) is growing at a rapid rate and we need to grow with it. The global Client expects GEC to support their vision to be the best employer in the industry. Bring your expertise to a global client who requires high-level food and catering service. GEC will offer free food in pantry service, office coffee and café.
This position can be remote (near a major airport) as travel is required between all sites to support clients and operations

This position reports to the VPO and is required to facilitate on-going portfolio communication, standards and business objectives for GEC and the client

Leads the operational and strategic growth of a multi-site, multi-state operating area client relationship including policy compliance, staff training and development, financial performance, and client retention.. This position is the single point of contact for all locations. Manages through geographically based DMs and area support positions to meet the needs of the national account client. Develops and implements short- and long-range growth strategies within one client company. Interfaces with the national account client's organization which may include global real estate, facilities management and outsourcing vendors. Responsible for growing the business in existing locations by adding new services and new sites and growing the overall portfolio of client locations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 10 years
Basic Functional Experience - 10 years of multi-unit, support, or strategic leadership experience.
