Volt is immediately hiring for Sr Information Systems Analyst in Spokane, WA

As a Sr Information Systems Analyst you will:

Plan, design, launch, and manage efficient business, financial and operations systems in support of core organization functions and business processes. Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects and systems requirements. Support business activities by ensuring proper functioning of assigned systems and a thorough understanding of business processes. Partner with business owners and key stakeholders on process improvement to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.

• Define business, financial and operations requirements and system goals by engaging decision makers, system owners and end users in the process.
• Responsible for the reliable and functional day-to-day performance of assigned business systems. Serve as the primary contact for assigned systems.
• Identify and resolve system and process problems and identify processes that can improve or further leverage these systems.
• Manage plann ing, execution, and delivery of assigned projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Delegate project tasks to project team members and ensure completion.
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related field (desired)
• 4-7 years of work experience in systems analysis, requirements definition, system design and/or system implementation preferred.
• Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, etc.

Salary: $85,000- $135,000 per year

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
