If you are looking for an area to grow your skill set and work with a dedicated team of professionals. You may be looking for the Pulmonology Medicine department. In this area you would work with ventilator patients, negative airflow patients, adult cystic fibrosis patients, and multiple medical components. This department has Respiratory Therapy located on the unit to assist in the medical care of these patients. This team approach to care keeps the patient centered in our outcomes. Available types of positions include: 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shift 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shift 36 hours per week, 8-hour day shift 36 hours per week, 9-hour evening shift 32 hours per week, 8-hour evening shift 32 hours per week, 8-hour day shift 32 hours per week, 8-hour night shift Required qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire. Card must be from the following authorized governing bodies: American Heart Association (AHA) - (BLS Provider), American Red Cross (ARC) - (BLS for Health Care Provider), - or- Military Training Network (MTN) - (BLS Provider) upon hire. Experience Required for Staff RN: 1 year Nursing Experience Experience Required for Fellow RN: 1 year Nursing experience but new to specialty of hire Experience Required for Resident RN: Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
