We are a nationally recognized non-profit with 50+ locations across Washington State that provides a chance for change to over 3,000 people on any given day.What you'll doAs the Resident Services Manager, you will assist residents in the admission process, access and coordinate services with providers. You will support the division goals by providing a chance for change for all residents and assuring access with needed services within the community. You will direct resident file organization. Ensure staff follow proper procedure for vehicles on site. You will oversee front desk staff, Resident Monitors and othes. You may need to cover front desk shifts when necessary, to ensure the best possible results for residents. You will share on call duties to make sure all shifts have coverage. What you'll bringHigh school diploma or equivalenceOne-year direct experience with service delivery to individuals with mental illnesses, substance abuse disorders, and/or co-occurring disordersOne year supervisoryStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to effectively use online software applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with outside agenciesStrong organizational skills and be detail orientedExperience delivering strong quality customer serviceAbility to pass a background checkCurrent driver's license, clean driving record, valid insurancePreferably you'll bringAA or BA degree in social work or related fieldScheduling experienceExperience and or training in de-escalationWhat we offerCompetitive industry compensation and a generous benefit plan that includes:Medical, vision, prescription, dental and flexible spending account (FSA).
