About the RoleThe Reliability and Maintenance Engineering team plays a vital role in our operational success in the distribution aspect of the business. Being able to identify risk of equipment failure and eliminate the presence of that risk is what our organization strives for. Seeking a proactive Reliability Program leader and technical expert for Fulfilment Center operations. This role will focus on maximizing life, reliability and operational performance of equipment such as conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, robotics, print and apply systems, and SCADA devices and programs. ResponsibilitiesDrive and promote safety culture within the site including subcontractors, suppliers and visitors Serve as the local technical expert on maintaining material handling systems Own the inventory and maintenance planning program for the site including the accuracy and efficiency of the preventative/predictive maintenance program to include the execution of daily planning meetings with local planners and local maintenance leadership (Sr Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Manager, Area Maintenance Managers) Responsible for driving quality execution of preventative/predictive maintenance program with team including routine auditing of PMs and corrective work Partner with local maintenance leadership (Sr Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Manager, Area Maintenance Managers) for alignment on reliability standards and their role in execution of those standards; seek routine feedback to adjust processes as required to support teams in execution Champion the development, technical assessment and sustainment of a skills matrix for local maintenance team to leverage for work assignment Develop/Improve maintenance procedures to streamline work execution, improve work quality and deliver optimal equipment efficiencies Establish and monitor equipment reliability metrics (including OEE) and partner with maintenance and opera
