Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

  • Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answer incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail and deliveries, then distribute accordingly.
  • Monitor and maintain scheduling of conference rooms.
  • Utilize office equipment for various projects, including but not limited to sending and receiving faxes, laminating, creating copies, and providing digital document archive support.
  • Ensure common office areas are tidy, presentable.
  • Keep stock of office supplies
  • Assist with company-sponsored charity and non-charity events, and employee events.
  • Assist and support other departments as needed including the Northwest Division and Senior Administrator.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or general education (GED) required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience with multi-line phone systems and/or relevant experience
  • Associate preferred but not required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
