Description Quality Analyst - Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center, Spokane, WA The PI Specialist is responsible for assistance in collecting, analyzing, validating, graphing and reporting data generated from clinical information systems. Scope includes PHC acute care, non-acute care, ambulatory, and other areas of the continuum of care. The position is responsible for PHC Region wide reports from the ministry level, as well as assisting the Regional Director in preparation of reports to the Community Ministry Board. Examples of reports/analysis include mortality, CMS/TJC and other reports on regulatory measures, Value Based Purchasing, Pharmacy, Readmission; Physician Clinic measures, Hospice, and patient safety and quality measures. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline or equivalent educ/experience 3 years of relevant data management, data analysis, or quality improvement experience in an acute care or clinical setting. Databases, spreadsheet programs and report writers utilized by PHC. Excel and Tableau. Preferred Qualifications: Project management experience, including lean certification Why Join Providence?
