The Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to assure the day-to-day functions of the assigned projects run efficiently and on time and that the customer is completely satisfied with the finished result. It is the responsibility of the Project Manager to be sure the work is distributed in a manner that allows for the most efficient allocation of resources and that these duties are monitored on a continual basis. The Project responsibilities typically include: 1. Assure projects come in on time and on budget. 2. Assure that all projects are of the highest quality as specified. 3.Organize project in most efficient manner possible. 4. Oversee and manage employees assigned to project.
