L.B. Stone Properties Group, a long established property management company is seeking a Project Manager that will work closely with the management team in organizing, controlling and monitoring all activities associated with building construction projects. Responsible for all phases of the construction projects, establish project objectives and manage project budgets. Communicate directly with contractors/designers concerning project cost, prepare project status reports in management meetings and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications. Must be flexible minded, have attention to detail, initiative, and the drive to succeed in the performance of their duties. Some travel may be necessary. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage project budgets, bid preparations, projects estimates, RFP proposals, site planning and cost control. Manage the progress and deadlines of multiple projects. Primary contact and liaison between the architects, engineers, general contractors and sub-contractors. Plan and implement projects. Help define project scope, goals and deliverables. Define tasks and required resources. Collect and manage project team. Allocate project resources. Create schedule, project timeline and track deliverables. Present to management team reports on progress as well as problems and solutions. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. Evaluate and assess results of project.
