What you will do: Program Management Support the development and management of detailed project plan(s), resource allocation needs, and budget information inclusive of project process reviews, identifying project timelines and resourcing risks and developing countermeasures. Lead coordination of internal resources, third parties/vendors, operations, and commercial leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage changes to project scopes, schedules, costs and aligning changes across the organization; communicate changes to organization stakeholders. Establish and maintain partnerships with third party vendors/subject matter experts ensuring alignment of project scope, performance delivery expectations, and compliance with internal sourcing requirements. Develop and present project status update presentations for Senior Leadership Team in collaboration with team members and PPD Division leadership team as needed. Execute project review process, establish project toll gates, and lead project review meetings. Analysis Lead and coordinate monthly and quarterly business reviews for the team, identifying key issues and opportunities. Proactively monitor evolving market landscape for opportunities to continuously improve business position providing information and insights into potential asset optimization to develop and recommend proactive countermeasures. Lead, coordinate and perform analysis for business development projects to optimize performance and earnings. Participation on team meetings as the financial and business partner and participate in various daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings. Corporate Responsibilities Maintain effective system of internal controls for area of responsibility that are validated with audits both externally and internally. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and guidelines.
