Spherion Staffing is looking for Customer Service Representatives to take inbound calls from current and potential customers. You will provide customer service, review and update customer records on computerized data base. Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties. We are looking for people who excel at customer service, comfortable on the phones and looking for a career not just a job! These are Direct Hire positions, you will be hired on with the client from day one! Training class to start in February. There are 3 different PM shift options with 2 consecutive days off, working hours are evenings/PM shift and include one weekend shift. This shift receives a 15% shift differential. Tue/Wed/Thur/Fri 2:30pm-10pm Sat 1:30pm-9pm Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur 2:30pm - 10pm Sun 1:30pm - 9pm Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur 2pm - 9:30pm Sun 12pm - 7:30pm Positions are Direct Hire with the client Perks and Benefits: Medical, dental, vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance Generous leave programs, including paid parental bonding leave College Loan Repayment and Tuition Reimbursement programs
