Description Providence is offering up to $5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Pharmacy Technician at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA Under the direction of the Clinical Pharmacist, the Clinical Pharmacy Technician will perform assigned tasks necessary to support comprehensive clinical pharmacy services provided by the Clinical Pharmacists. The Clinical Pharmacy Technician will be organizing and collecting clinical information for the clinical pharmacy appointments and medication reconciliation process. Perform chart reviews to identify patients who may benefit from clinical pharmacy services based on a combination of medical and pharmacy triggers. Shift: Day Shift, Full-Time Position, 1040-10 Hour Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week Required Qualifications: Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. Upon hire: Washington Pharmacy Technician License One year: Sufficient experience to enable the employee to work effectively in commonplace work situations and to provide working knowledge of the principles, practices, standards, methods, and techniques of the pharmaceutical field; usually interpreted as one year of applicable experience.
