Description

We are in search of a meticulous Payroll Administrator to become part of our team. The role will be based in Spokane, Washington, and will involve the management of payroll processes across numerous companies, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of pay. This role also involves handling taxes, deductions, and garnishments with precision, and managing payroll and timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth processing of biweekly payrolls across multiple companies

• Ensure accurate and timely distribution of pay, handling taxes, deductions, and garnishments with precision

• Manage payroll and timekeeping systems, ensuring they're finely tuned to reflect current employee details and benefits

• Adhere to company policies and union contracts in all payroll processes

• Process payroll data, resolve issues, and maintain databases on a daily basis

• Ensure tax compliance, file reports, and reconcile accounts on a weekly and monthly basis

• Interface with the general ledger and submit data files biweekly

• Complete year-end processes and document processes as yearly tasks

• Perform other assigned duties including essential benefit administration duties

• Provide support to affiliate companies as required

SALARY RANGE: $30.00-32.00/hour

    Requirements • Proficiency in Full Cycle Payroll processes

• Experience with Automated Payroll systems

• Familiarity with Certified Payroll procedures

• Holding a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus

• Deep understanding of general Payroll procedures

• Experience in managing Payroll for 101 to 500 Employees

• Knowledge of Payroll Garnishments laws and processes
