WASHINGTON TRUST BANK Payment Service Center Representative in Spokane, Washington

Description This position is responsible for effective operational service in performing one or more of the following functions within the Payment Service Center: ACH, Wire Security and/or Wire Transfers. ACH Processing responsibilities include balancing and maintenance, account analysis product set up and maintenance. Wire Security is responsible for wire access setup for internal and external customers and maintaining proper documentation for working the with wire platform. Wire Transfer responsibilities include processing of all incoming and outgoing wires. Working with internal and external customers through multiple channels to complete wire requests. Job duties are to be performed with moderate supervision and require attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks using good judgement and decision making in a team environment where tasks and assignments change to meet deadlines. Schedule: Monday thru Friday, Dayshift hours. Regular, reliable attendance required. Location: 176 S Post Street, Spokane, WA 99201, not a remote eligible role. We are looking for the following: Successful work experience requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a deadline-oriented environment. PC proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other software systems or related applications. Effective verbal communication skills to resolve questions tactfully and to meet customer service expectations. Ability to prioritize tasks in changing environment. Ability to read PC screens, operate keyboards efficiently entering words or numbers for brief to extended periods of time. Pay Range: Payment Servicing Rep I/II: $16.28 - $24.26 Payment Servicing Rep III: $17.56 - $26.37 Payment Servicing Rep IV: $20.81 - $31.21 The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane, Washington. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
