Spokane Valley Office Assistant Busy construction office in the Spokane Valley is looking for highly qualified office assistant. Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Excel and Word. Duties may include, Lien Releases and Waivers, Property Liens, possible General Ledger analysis, backing up bookkeeper, and miscellaneous office tasks. Notary license is preferred. This is a part-time position with flexible hours between 7:00a.m. to 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday. Would prefer at least 5 years’ experience in the above listed duties. Qualified candidates must be: *Multi-skilled, self-motivated, professional, efficient, reliable, responsible, and extremely detail oriented. *Present professional, yet friendly, customer service phone skills. *Excellent computer and math skills, including creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and 10 key proficiency. *Ability to work as a team with other office staff and maintain a positive attitude. Salary depends on experience and qualifications.
