Spokane Community College's Nursing Program seeks qualified candidates for consideration of employment as a Nursing Instructor adjunct (part-time) position. Classes will be taught in the morning, afternoon, evenings, or weekends and can include classroom or clinical environment.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Responsible for teaching-learning process in the laboratory and clinical setting.
  • Provides availability and accessibility to students for purpose of academic support, in a manner appropriate to meet student needs, though an effective means of responsive and timely communication
  • Keeps open communication with Nursing Department Chairs and Course Coordinators to assure relevancy of information for program accreditation and program student success.
  • Complies with state and federal law applicable to processional duties and responsibilities. Follows established procedures and policies. 

COMPETENCIES & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (Minimum Qualifications):

An earned Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
