Mobile Engineer – PDS Tech Commercial

Location: Spokane, Washington

Pay Rate: $36.36/hour

Full-Time | 1st shift, Monday–Friday | Company Vehicle Provided

Are you a skilled Mobile Engineer looking for a hands-on role that makes an impact? PDS Tech Commercial is growing our team of Mobile Engineers to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems across multiple locations in Spokane, WA. If you have expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations and a drive for keeping critical facilities in top shape, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems .

• Travel between multiple facilities (company vehicle provided).

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and part replacements to optimize HVAC and building systems.

• Record readings, adjust equipment settings, and ensure efficient system operations.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hazardous material storage, and workplace cleanliness.

• Oversee contracted maintenance work to maintain quality and cost efficiency.

What You Bring:

Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial building maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• EPA 608 Type II Certification.

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).

• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred:

• EPA 608 Universal Certification.

• Trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, or HVAC.

Pay Details: $36.36 per hour
