Registered Nurse - Medical Renal

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor patients with chronic kidney disease and those undergoing dialysis.

  • Administer medications, including intravenous therapy, and provide treatments as prescribed.

  • Educate patients and their families about kidney disease management, dialysis procedures, and self-care techniques.

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

  • Monitor and document patients' response to treatment and report any changes or concerns.

  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in renal nursing or related specialty.

  • Current BLS certification.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

  • Knowledge of dialysis procedures and renal care best practices.
