Registered Nurse - Medical Renal

Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patients with chronic kidney disease and those undergoing dialysis.
Administer medications, including intravenous therapy, and provide treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and their families about kidney disease management, dialysis procedures, and self-care techniques.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor and document patients' response to treatment and report any changes or concerns.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Job Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in renal nursing or related specialty.
Current BLS certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of dialysis procedures and renal care best practices.
