SUMMARY: At Engie Impact, we deliver sustainability solutions and services to corporations, cities and governments across the globe. We are looking for a Manager of Data Quality to join our Data Enrichment team and oversee the quality and accuracy of our data products and services. As the Manager of Data Quality, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring data quality standards, policies, and procedures across the data lifecycle. You will also lead a team of data quality analysts and engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data quality management, data governance, and data analysis, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain data quality frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for data ingestion, processing, validation, and reporting. Establish and enforce data quality metrics, indicators, and thresholds, ensuring alignment with business requirements and expectations. Perform regular data quality audits and assessments, identifying and resolving data quality issues and root causes. Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality requirements are met and integrated throughout the data pipeline. Manage and mentor a team of data quality analysts and engineers, setting goals, priorities, and performance standards. Create and deliver data quality reports and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to senior management and clients. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in data quality processes, tools, and technologies. Education/Certification/Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in data quality management, data governance, or data analysis. Skills and Abilities: Familiarity with SQL and Python, as well as data quality tools and platforms (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Trifacta, C etc.). Knowledge of data quality standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 8000, DMBOK, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Experience in sustainability and energy management domains is a plus.
