Hiring for Maintenance Technician position Spokane, WA

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing inspections, installations, repairs, and rebuilds on plant operating equipment. You will be expected to read and interpret equipment manuals, drawings, and work orders to ensure proper maintenance and operation of machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine checks on production equipment, including pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, pumps, fillers, agitators, and motors.

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with associated equipment.

• Perform repairs and maintenance on various equipment such as pug mills, conveyors, hammer mills, fans, and motors.

• Use hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools to carry out tasks safely and efficiently.

• Interpret and follow blueprints, equipment manuals, and work orders to perform required tasks.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in welding, troubleshooting, and maintenance techniques.

• Strong fabrication and preventive maintenance experience.

• Expertise in mechanical troubleshooting.

• Ability to cut, weld, and fabricate as a minimum requirement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.18 - $27.32
