Required Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: Completion of LPN/LVN program

  • Upon hire: Washington Licensed Practical Nurse

  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

  • Recent patient care experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recent experience in an acute care facility
