Overview We are looking for an outgoing and friendly Lead Bartender to join our team! As a Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of drinks to our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for mixology, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. They will pratcie prudent portion controls, set up the bar according to standards, and maintain invetories up to par. They will also follow proper closing procedures, lock up and store beverages, and must adhere to all state, ederal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to the servicn of alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests, ensuring all laws are followed.
