Ready to act Right Now, for Tomorrow? * *Job Description * The Junior Process Architect assists the lead Process Architect and other subject matter professionals in gathering, validating, and documenting various business processes and system information to create in-depth documentation and carry-out detailed evaluation and verification of the capabilities of systems and processes. He or she serves as a conduit between the end-users, developers, and product throughout the product development life cycle, and carries out instructions as directed by the lead Process Architect. *Function * * Create and maintain detailed process documentation which aligns with a project once the requirements baseline is established (Documentation includes high, mid and detailed process maps showing the current state, transitional states within the project life cycle and the future end-state vision) * Liaise with business operations subject matter experts, technical teams and leaders to document business processes effectively * Ensure the various process artifacts including process maps, spreadsheets, manuals, policy documents are updated and available * Record, maintain and make reports on requirements and functionality delivered as they relate to the needs of the business operations * Participate in the testing of new tools and applications * Ensure alignment with project documentation and deliverables and the enterprise vision * Assess and analyze the business implications involved in a project * Serve as an intermediary between a project track and the enterprise or program level. * Do you tick all the boxes? Join a rewarding and flexible work environment that encourages innovation and creativity and help us meet the energy challenges of today and tomorrow. * Bachelor’s degree in business management, business operations, product, marketing, audit, quality, or process improvement. * Familiar with Visio or similar process mapping tool * Skilled with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools. Experience creating Spreadsheets, charts, pivot tables, macros, and the like * Knowledge of Zachman, TOGAG, or other Process modeling methodologies is a plus * Working knowledge of information technology and related terms and methodologies * May accept a combination of relevant experience and knowledge in lieu of educational requirements. * 2-4 years’ experience in process, audit, or similar. * May consider less experience in combination with educational, knowledge and other skills and abilities when assessing candidate’s ability to successfully perform job requirements.
