What You Will Do: Perform monthly reconciliations for onsite and offsite warehouses resolving any discrepancies with finished product, base stock and/or pulp inventory. Troubleshoots and coordinates the resolution of issues arising out of product invoicing, deliveries, product damage and field reject at warehouse and/or customer, which includes cross-functional team collaboration. Coordinate with Sales, Mill and Accounting to process accurate billing corrections and credit customers for defect inventory and downgrade to secondary sales as needed. Perform appropriate aged inventory functions including billing and communicating both internally and externally as needed. Collaborate with transportation and 3PL manager to onboard and manage warehouse inventory procedures and expectations including training in Candesce.com. Coordinate the system allocation of finished goods to warehouse or customer. Support the identification of inventory control system issues and collaborate on troubleshooting and solution efforts. Support various ad-hoc inventory reports and projects as assigned. Address inventory issues on nights/weekends and holidays, if necessary. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint required. Intermediate proficiency with related ERP system required. Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
