Humanix HR Administrative Assistant - Temporary in Spokane, Washington

Compensation for the HR Administrative Assistant

 

  • $23 Per hour
  • Monday -- Friday, 8 am -- 5 pm
  • This is a temporary position that is expected to last about 4 months.

     

Responsibilities for the HR Administrative Assistant

 

  • Assist in transitioning from personnel paper files to electronic files
  • Sort, scan, and organize paperwork which will be entered into e-files
  • Create employee e-files labeled correctly and efficiently to keep in line with company standards and procedures
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and extreme attention to detail
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned

     

Requirements & Qualifications for the HR Administrative Assistant

 

  • 2 Years of HR Administrative Assistant experience
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with HRIS
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Exceptional attention to detail
