Job Description

Join our team in a pivotal role where you will be tasked with repairing and making improvements to building and infrastructure, including metal and wood fabrications and welding. You will assist in maintaining and repairing distribution center racking, material handling equipment, and building pneumatic systems. Your responsibilities will also include performing battery changes, preventive maintenance on batteries, and completing preventative maintenance routines with detailed documentation and procedures. Additionally, you will be involved in troubleshooting, tracking and storing department inventory, including spare parts, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. A key aspect of this role involves developing and maintaining good working relationships across all organizational levels, completing all safety training as assigned, and adhering to all safety programs, policies, and procedures. You may also be required to perform additional duties as required by management.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Spokane, Washington.

Work Environment

This role requires flexibility as performance is tracked by data and numbers in a brand new, highly automated facility with robotic components. Candidates must be open to any 12-hour shift: A. Sunday to Tuesday and a half day on Wednesday, 7 AM - 7 PM Day Shift, or B. Sunday to Tuesday and a half day on Wednesday, 7 PM - 7 AM Night Shift, or C. Half Day Wednesday and Thursday to Saturday, 7 AM - 7 PM Day Shift, or D. Half Day Wednesday and Thursday to Saturday, 7 PM - 7 AM Night Shift.
