Job Description Maintain front desk duties including greeting guests and answering phones in a friendly manner, mail services (i.e. UPS, FEDEX, USPS, etc.), tracking inventory and ordering supplies and food for the office. Point of contact with office vendors (i.e. coffee, supplies, cleaning, etc.) and building management. Maintain a clean and orderly office, which includes light cleaning, organization of shared spaces such as conference rooms, break room, etc. Primary point of contact for Word Processing work such as proposals, letters, reports, printing, binding, and data entry. This is an essential job duty that can be very time sensitive. Make travel arrangements including airfare, hotel, and rental car reservations. Assist with the planning and coordinating of company events which will include setting up and breaking down the event space, ordering food, and purchasing supplies. Ability to multi-task and work independently. Strong writing and communication skills. Other administrative duties as assigned. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Salary $19.00-$24.00 per hour. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Excellent customer service skills with a can-do attitude. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint). Specifically with formatting in Microsoft Word. Valid driver's license and driving record that meets Coffman's stringent requirements are required. Ability to lift to 30 pounds.
