As a member of our award-winning Field Service team, you will be instrumental in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting our award-winning games at our customer sites. If you are ready to play... come join us and let's make games! In this Customer facing role you will.... Perform Preventative maintenance on EGM's (Electronic Gaming Machines), ETG's (Electronic Table Games), and equipment, keeping in accordance with Gaming Commission and company standards and specifications. Ensure proper operations of the EGM's, and ETG's via diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testing Navigate Management Terminal (MT) daily to verify EGM's status Where applicable, assemble and prepare accessories for installations per change order. Complete accurate Incident Reports in accordance with the Gaming Commission and company standards Complete required maintenance records in a clear and precise manner Complete detailed daily/weekly tech logs Adhere to L&W's Field Service established standards, policies, and procedures Follow L&W's safety procedures (vehicle safety, loading games, ladder use, and electricity) Ensures all tools and equipment used are kept in proper, safe, and working condition Stay current with all Light & Wonder Field Advisories and eLearning Review customer issues with management, and technical lead as they arise Qualifications Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age, maintain a valid driver's license, and be able to obtain and maintain gaming licenses as required One year experience in the assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices, or six months experience and related gaming school certificate of completion, or equivalent. Perform basic troubleshooting techniques in isolating and correcting problems down to an assembly level Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devices Basic understanding of network communication, and network troubleshooting Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis for short distances Transport heavy equipment using proper moving devices Demonstrate safe and proper use of hand tools and power tools Basic knowledge of PC operation, and security risks relating to PC operation Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) Ability to read and understand Light & Wonder schematics and service manuals Able to prepare conversion projects or installations with limited or no supervision Ability to maintain good customer relations, both internally and externally Basic knowledge of current Light & Wonder gaming devices to the assembly level Good problem-solving skills Travel requirements may include working at other facilities within our department Compensation: The pay range for this role is $23.00 - $25.00/hr., with eligibility to receive other supplemental earnings such as over-time.
