Position In this role you'll assist in job site coordination to ensure safe and successful delivery of our products, and maintain high quality communications between existing customer base, future customers, Dispatch, Sales, and Quality Control. The FSR must also be able to manage challenging and/or sensitive customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, and contribute to building a positive team spirit. Wage: $23-$28 /hr. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

  • Maintain a high level of customer service and conflict management in all levels of communication with dispatch, truck drivers, customers, and members of our team.
  • Routinely visit jobsites to assist field personnel and assure that safe practices are always being adhered to.
  • Ensure all lines of business have the tools necessary to safely perform tasks.
  • Ensure risk assessment and/or jobsite evaluation is performed.
  • Assist when needed to direct trucks in/out of jobsites to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of products.
  • Support operational personnel and sales while taking initiative to build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Assist sales in analyzing new and existing accounts and prioritizing efforts on those accounts with the long-term standards.
  • Support Safety and Environmental with site audits & assist personnel with any corrective actions needed.
  • Support Safety and Manager(s) in the Zero Harm onboarding process.
  • Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions.
  • Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Demonstrates excellent customer service with special attention to conflict resolution and maintaining relationships.
