The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for a Facility Maintenance Site Lead to provide facilities management support to our CDC customer located in Spokane, WA.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the technical management of the local maintenance staff, and overall performance .
Manage daily maintenance operations and task prioritization.
Coordinate maintenance efforts with staff
Manage inventory, documentation, and reporting.
Provide leadership, training, and guidance to maintenance staff.
Generate and maintain documentation, including work orders, equipment manuals, and maintenance logs.
Maintain accurate inventory records of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of five (5) years of facilities operations related experience is required .
REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to pass a federal background check.
