Tasks of Position The following are core and essential responsibilities of this position. Associates are responsible for completing any and all duties assigned as required for the successful operation of our business. All associates are required to perform their job duties in a manner which upholds the integrity and honesty of our company. Reporting for assigned shifts on time, and on a regular basis, prepared to provide excellent service and leadership Identifying and supporting the development of associates who show promise or interest in increased responsibility. Tasks for this position are as assigned by the Facilities Manager. The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible routine building maintenance and repair, including but not limited to: Conveying system, pumps and motors, minor plumbing, carpentry, electrical machines; Inspecting and repairing electrical panels; Implement necessary inspections or repairs as part of the preventative maintenance and equipment manufacturer recommendations; Identify conditions needing major repair and recommend corrective action to the Facilities Manager.
