Northwest Farm Credit Services Executive Assistant in Spokane, Washington

We serve customers in 59 locations throughout the West. We are in search of an Executive Assistant to join our Lending and Insurance Administration department in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the Chief Lending Officer and is responsible to perform high quality administrative support for the Chief Lending Officer. This role serves as a key contact across the organization. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is $63,000 - $108,000; bonus at target is 15% of salary. Job Requirements Provide administrative support for executive staff including but not limited to: managing calendars, coordinating agendas, scheduling travel, managing expense reports, compiling monthly reporting, and meeting/call coordination. Assist in developing reports and presentations by obtaining, analyzing and interpreting loan portfolio and other data as well as creating data tables, charts, and graphs. Ensure a high level of customer service and product quality based on established standards; establish systems to monitor results and articulate accountabilities. Serve as recording secretary for various committees and/or meetings as requested. Participate in administrative duties pertaining to local advisory committee. Manage workflows to determine priorities and ensure appropriate time allocation for team and organization projects. Coordinate annual budgeting and monthly tracking process for public relations, advertising, and corporate giving expenditures in collaboration with the Marketing team and state level administrative personnel. Assist in policy and procedure creation, coordinate publishing and communication as requested. Assist in monthly reporting responsibilities. Serve as administrator for Intranet pages and Teams channels. Participate in updating Lending Business Continuity. Provide back-up to executive support staff. Coordinate division communications and plan activities and events as needed. Communicate and exemplify AgWest's commitment to employee and customer engagement and works to advance stewardship and community service. Assist with special projects as assigned. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Associate's degree in business, administration, English, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Generally requires at least five years' directly related and relevant experience supporting executives. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with a wide range of roles and personalities. Ability to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion and good judgment.
