Working with the Northwest Region, which includes operating companies across 5 states (WA, OR, ID, MT, CA), you'll perform operational accounting functions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our equipment and capital projects are properly set up and maintained. You'll perform and assist with a wide variety of tasks including capital project setup & tracking, accounting of our equipment, and financial reporting and analysis. Each day will provide you with new problems to solve, and you'll be empowered to find new and creative solutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both transactional and operational accounting, highly proficient in Excel utilization, and have experience leading with others. They will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of internal and external customers and be a motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn. What You Can Do (Minimum Qualifications) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or closely related field.
  • 2+ years accounting experience in manufacturing or closely related industry.
  • Proficient computer skills required to include ERP software, Word, Outlook.
  • Advanced Excel skills required including queries and formulas.
  • Knowledge of accounting policies and procedures for GMP and US GAAP.
  • Excellent communication (oral, written) and presentation skills.
  • High standards of ethics, integrity, and trust.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A current authorization to work in the United States, and can pass pre-employment controlled-substance testing.
