Avista is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Enterprise Technology Project Coordinator to join our team. As an Enterprise Technology Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in organizing and implementing both new and existing projects within our company. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include providing essential administrative support to our Project Managers, coordinating project activities, and ensuring that all project goals are met on time and within budget delivering high value to our internal customers.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor timeline changes and communicate new information to team; including project changes and adjustment to schedules.

  • Assists in the development and review of all types of department projects.

  • Manage small projects from beginning to completion.

  • In partnership with Project Manager ensures project aligns with set strategy and budget.

  • Support Project Managers with the facilitation and delivery of lessons learned.

Requirements Project Coordinator I:

  • High School, GED or Equivalent.

  • Up to two years of related office or customer service experience.

  • Proficiency in, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent organizational skills and follow through.

  • Proven ability working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders on contract related issues.

    Project Coordinator II:

  • AA Degree.

  • Three years plus of related experience, displays experience working with contractors, consultants and designers in creating Project Documents.

  • Proven track record of contributing as a team member and successfully building relationships both internal and external.

  • Display competent knowledge of the Project Management process and must be able to complete complex work assignments.

    Project Coordinator III:

  • AA Degree.

  • Five plus years of related experience, displays experience working with contractors, consultants and designers in creating Project Documents.

  • Displays ability to lead small projects and complete projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Use of MS Project.

Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Project Coordinator I: Hiring Range: $23.37 - $29.91 per hour, Full Range: $23.37 - $33.18 per hourProject Coordinator II: Hiring Range: $26.60 - $34.19 per hour, Full Range: $26,60 - $37.98 per hourProject Coordinator III: Hiring Range: $30.23 - $39.00 per hour, Full Range: $30.23 - $43.39 per hour

Hybrid work options are available for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work at our Spokane, Washington headquarters at least 3 days per week including Mondays and Tuesdays with an additional day determined by the employee and manager.
