Salary: $31,200 per year plus production bonus. Duties & Responsibilities: In this position, you will engage with local businesses to foster and develop relationships and to create employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities in the community. You will self-manage, create your own schedules, and work independently to help individuals with disabilities secure and maintain competitive employment. Education/Experience: The ideal candidate for this position has a strong sales background; is skilled with computers, iPads, Microsoft Products; and has stellar customer service, organization and communication skills. You must have a high school diploma or GED; however, an AA degree and/or bachelor’s degree is preferred,in addition to a background in sales and marketing. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or disadvantaged populations, as well as the ability to communicate through sign language, is a plus. Other Requirements: Must have a validdriver's license, be at least18 years of age and have a safe driving record determined by Skils'kin's vehicle insurance carrier. Must have empathy for individuals with disabilities or disadvantages. If hired, you will be required to sign a non-compete employment agreement upon hire. Compensation & Benefits: This is a salaried position with payissued every two weeks. This position also offers a production bonus in addition to base salary.
