We provide supported living services to people with developmental disabilities and sometimes co-occurring mental health diagnosis. To be a successful employee you will need to be a kind, caring and compassionate person. You must be someone who is willing to follow plans and is capable of working independently. You must be ethical and flexible, hard working and willing to understand the needs of the people that we work with. You will attend community activities, doctor appointments, and shopping trips with our clients while teaching them the socially acceptable ways to be in the community. Our role in working with people is to be the support that allows them to become the best they can be, learn to be as independent as possible and to make the best choices for themselves. These are only some of the ways we help the people that we work with live their best lives.
