TEKsystems Customer Service Rep. - Banking/Office in Spokane, Washington

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you possess excellent communication skills and have a knack for problem-solving? Our client is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our their team as a Customer Service Rep.

Lots of room for growth (other teams like fraud, online banking, etc.) and great benefits once perm.

Skill-based incentive – can increase wages when perm to up to $21/hour within a year of being perm (60-90 days of retained performance)

Work Environment:

  • On-site in Spokane, Washington

  • Shift is M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM for 3-4 months and then transitions to 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM when they're perm.

  • Pay Increase to $21/hr after a year of being permanent!

  • Able to go remote after 6 months after converting if shown proficiency.

Start Date: July 31


  • Provide exceptional client service. Research and resolve problems and errors.

  • Provide client and branch support for online and mobile banking and all other loan related transactions.

  • Contribute to department service quality goal achievement.

  • Proactively assessing client’s service needs, resolving inquiries, providing account information, and performing a variety of transactions on the client’s behalf.

  • Actively expanding existing client relationships by cross-selling products and services, or referring clients to appropriate sales staff.

  • Utilize computerized systems to gather information, troubleshoot and track calls.

  • Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to provide professional, accurate, and responsive client service.

  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills, including proper phone and email etiquette.

  • Possess strong negotiation, customer service, and time management skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to work in a busy team environment and handle changing priorities.

Pay Rate:

  • Starts at $19.00
