Compensation for the Customer Care Representative
- $20.00 Per Hour
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Benefits to be determined as this is a smaller shop
Responsibilities of the Customer Care Representative
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer interaction (intake, update, handoff of competed repair)
- Check schedule, ensure customers' vehicles are properly identified, make sure follow up calls are conducted, check with mechanics to ensure parts needed have been obtained
- Occasionally drive company car to pick up parts
- Take care of tasks that that do not require being a mechanic from customer service, shop and office cleanliness, and everything between
- Drive the customer experience to be the best
Additional duties as needed
Requirements of the Customer Care Representative
- 1+ Years of experience in a customer service facing role with administrative responsibilities
- Must have a clean driving record
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to Multitask
- Great written and verbal communication
- Service Writer experience preferred
Proficient typing / data entry
