SKILS'KIN Custodial Civil Services Supervisor in SPOKANE, Washington

Competitive wages + fringe/cash benefits!

$18.48/hr. + $4.57 fringe/cash per hr. benefit

 

Options to elect benefits or convert fringe benefit to cash pay!

Take cash in lieu of benefits.

 

Option 1: Choose and apply $4.57 per hour to benefits

OR

Option 2: Apply $4.57 per hour as additional cash on paycheck, subject to normal taxes for wages.

Skils'kin is looking for a full-time working Supervisor for our Civil Services Custodial operations. We are looking for a person in the local area who has strong leadership and organizational skills. Locations serviced currently include Customs and Border Protection compound in north Spokane, Spokane International Airport Tower, Felts Field Tower and Hanger, and NIOSH / CDC in the Spokane Washington area.  Candidate chosen will be based primarily full time Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM at NIOSH / CDC.  As a primary Skils'kin leader, the ideal candidate must align with our mission, vision, and values, which can be viewed here: {rel="noopener" target="blank"}https://skils-kin.org/about-us/mission-vision-values/{rel="noopener" target="blank"}.

In the role as a working Supervisor, you will learn directly from management all of the facilities requirements, our proven processes and procedures, and coaching techniques. You will work closely with management for day to day operational needs. You will ensure continuity of quality performance standards while providing feedback and coaching to team members to improve and maintain performance and customer satisfaction.
