Northwest Farm Credit Services Credit Review Analyst in Spokane, Washington

We serve customers in 59 locations throughout the West. We are in search of a Credit Review Analyst to join our Internal Audit department in Spokane, Washington or Rocklin, California. This full-time position reports to the Director of Credit Review and will work with Internal Audit to identify, assess, and report on risk associated with the organization's loan portfolio. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is: Level II: $69,000 - $108,000; bonus at target is 10-12% of salary, depending on experience. Level III: $85,000 - $135,000; bonus at target is 15% of salary. The base salary range for this position in Rocklin, California is: Level II: $79,000 - $124,000; bonus at target is 10-12% of salary, depending on experience. Level III: $98,000 - $155,000; bonus at target is 15% of salary. Job Requirements Perform internal credit reviews related to lending, loan review, financial and operation functions in accordance with policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations. Evaluate loans and lending relationships for adherence to established lending policies and procedures using analysis, observation, inquiry and a thorough review of all pertinent records. Perform testing with a focus on a credit/loan reviews, which may include an evaluation of the effectiveness of credit related internal controls. Prepare preliminary summary of findings and draft formal internal audit reports to accurately summarize audit testing, conclusions and recommendations. Prepare work papers which accurately represent the audit testing completed and conclusions reached. Represent and communicate the values, purpose and mission of the organization to employees, customers, the public and other target audiences. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Other duties as assigned.
