Compensation for the Compounding Process Technician IV

 

  • $21.66 - $23.66 Per Hour Depending on Shift
  • Grave Shift: Sunday -- Thursday,  11 pm -- 7:30 am
  • Weekend Grave Shift: Friday -- Sunday, 6 pm -- 6:30 am

Responsibilities for the Compounding Process Technician IV

 

  • Removing bags of materials from the outer box and wiping them down to disinfect the packaging for transfer into the filling line
  • Clean the tanks
  • Stage equipment for the next production batch
  • Perform basic compounds
  • This position involves the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Long gloves, apron, and face shield. Water temperature is 80 degrees C)

     

Requirements for the Compounding Process Technician IV

 

  • High School Diploma or GED required -- this WILL BE VERIFIED with educational facility
  • 1 - 2 Years of manufacturing experience is required
  • Physical Requirements: Lift 70 lbs. unassisted, 14/14 corrected near-point vision, must pass a color deficiency test
  • Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and ratios
  • Basic computer skills needed
  • Good handwriting required
  • Exposure to allergens, working in aseptic areas, working in confined spaces, prolonged standing, and exposure to latex must all be tolerated
  • CANNOT WEAR jewelry (Including wedding bands), perfume/cologne, lotions and/or makeup. Deodorant is allowed
