Duties:
- Kitchen cabinet design and door sales
Pay $16.50 for 90 days 7% commission after with no income cap
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive shopping experience
Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
Meet and exceed sales goals on a regular basis
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new arrivals
Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
Requirements:
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Russian/Ukrainian speakers welcome
Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
Knowledge of layout design for effective product placement
Experience in remodeling or renovating is a plus
Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory and keep track of customer orders
Excellent customer service skills to provide assistance and resolve any issues
Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software is preferred but not required
