The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist will collaborate with physicians and staff to provide coordinated, comprehensive, high quality care to patients.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree In PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Or
PharmD In PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
within 2 years of hire: Board Certified by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties specific to area of practice within 2 years of starting the role.
upon hire: Pharmacy preceptor license in applicable state as applicable.
2 years TWO years of Senior Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist experience within relevant practice setting - OR - FIVE years of pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 years of experience in relevant setting in lieu of PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) AND Year Two (PGY-2) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience. Or equivalent educ/experience.
