TEKsystems Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Spokane, Washington

Job Description:

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, resolving issues and errors, and supporting online and mobile banking transactions. Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving inquiries.

  • Support clients and branches in online banking, mobile banking, and loan-related transactions.

  • Contribute to achieving departmental service quality goals.

  • Proactively assess clients’ service needs, provide account information, and perform various transactions on their behalf.

  • Foster relationships with existing clients by cross-selling products or referring them to sales staff.

  • Utilize computerized systems to gather information, troubleshoot, and track calls.

  • Adhere to policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to provide professional, accurate, and responsive client service.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including proper phone and email etiquette.

  • Experience in effective sales and referrals.

  • Strong negotiation, customer service, and time management skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a dynamic team environment.

  • Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to deposit accounts and banking operations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with the ability to manage multiple computer applications simultaneously.
